Adding Devices to the NaviCompact App

Step 1:

Upon opening the box, ensure it contains: the GPS Tracker, installation instructions, and a License Card with a 25-character code and QR code. If anything is missing, contact us at support@navicompact.com.

Step 2:

Install the device in your vehicle following the instructions and note down the IMEI number, which will be needed to register an account or activate the device in the NaviCompact app.

Step 3:

If you do not have a NaviCompact app account, register at https://app.navicompact.com/register or by scanning the QR code on the License Card. During registration, provide your email address, the 25-character code, and the device's IMEI number.

Step 4:

With an account set up, log in and in the Licenses section, add a new one by entering the license code and the GPS Tracker's IMEI number.

Step 5:

In the app, go to Vehicle Management and personalize the icon, brand, model, and registration number of the tracked vehicle.
