Easy and Fast Returns for Items Purchased from Us
In our store, you don't have to worry about purchased goods not meeting your expectations.
According to the law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason. So, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return wizard.

Details on the Steps for Submitting a Return:

Go to the page https://www.navicompact.com/pl/returns-open.html and fill in the order details;

In the next steps, select the return by clicking on the option "I will use the store's shipments" and choosing the form in which you want to receive the refunded money;

Generate return documents with address labels, then print them out and be sure to sign the return document;

Put the packed goods along with the return document into a shipping box and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods.

We will refund the money, in the form chosen in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, however, it takes less time. We may withhold the return of the payment until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of its return.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal from the contract and in no way limits it.
